Everyday I think about you Elaine & I wish I could see you now because I miss you so much. I keep thinking of the day you came to visit me in hospital after my operation, you were so very poorly but so determined to visit me. I don't know how you found the strength to make that journey & I want you to know how much that meant to me when you walked through the door. I've just been looking at the pictures of our last holiday together & the one where Megan's laughing at you trying to get on the Lilo in the pool!
